Supporting Law Enforcement

ROCIC provides member agencies with resources and expertise designed to strengthen criminal investigations, improve information sharing, enhance officer safety, and support successful case resolution.

Services include criminal intelligence research, analytical support, digital and audio/video forensics, specialized equipment, law enforcement training, investigative publications, and access to secure RISS information-sharing and officer safety resources.

By connecting agencies, information, technology, and specialized expertise across jurisdictional boundaries, ROCIC helps law enforcement professionals identify investigative leads, coordinate efforts, and make more effective use of available resources.

Part of the RISS Network

As a RISS Center, ROCIC is part of a nationwide information-sharing network supporting local, state, federal, and tribal criminal justice partners. RISS provides secure solutions and services that facilitate information sharing, support criminal investigations, and promote officer safety.

Together, ROCIC and the RISS Program provide law enforcement professionals with trusted resources and support throughout the investigative process—from the development of investigative leads through case resolution and prosecution.
